I absolutely love living here...the location is the great and the building common areas are the best in the Downtown area hands down! The design is beautiful and up to date. I've been living here almost a year, and the residents are very down to earth and welcoming. Staff service is "Phenomenal", Amanda, Stella, Ryan, J-Money, Julia, Mack, and Danny are the best!!! I know there's some names I forgot, but overall the entire staff has been very responsive, kind hearted and nothing but helpful to say the least. I'm extremely proud and happy to be a tenet here.
I’m so glad I chose this building over any other one. I can truly say this was the best decision I ever made. Beautiful apartments, amazing views, great staff, and overall just such a good environment. The residents in the building are great, I’ve made so many friends in such a short time, and they’re all always there when you need something. Stella from management deserves five stars herself, she’s the most selfless, accommodating person, even with the workload given to her. She is always so kind and handles everything in a timely manner. Every apartment building should have a Stella, she really is an amazing person.
Amazing signing experience! Joanna is exceptionally amazing! Was not able to tour in person, and she sent so many videos, answered all questions and made the process beyond seamless. Very quick respond time which is very convenient! Very impressed with her level of service and she has me very excited to be living at Las Olas
My experience at Society Las Olas has been amazing so far. Joanna from Leasing was lovely when I first arrived, and when she gave me and my puppy a tour of the apartments, we instantly fell in love with this place! She was able to make accommodations for me and was very patient and helpful throughout the process! I love living here—the staff is so kind, and it feels almost like every day is a vacation.
Living at Society Las Olas has been a brand new experience for me with amazing neighbors and always some kind of adventure taking place. The staff here are very friendly and always looking to be of assistance in any way.
